We recognize that sometimes a product needs to be returned and we provide a hassle free means to return any order and receive a payment refund or replacment. A full refund is available for any item returned unopened and in saleable condition. You may return an item for any reason for up to 30 days from purchase. (Perishable items are temperature and date sensitive and cannot be returned - except for quality reasons).

Back Orders:

We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will refund your order without cost to you. We do NOT back order, at this time.

1. ORDER CONFIRMED. You will receive an email indicating that your order has been authorized and that we are now able to process the order. For automated credit card payment and PayPal, order confirmation may sometimes take only seconds.

2. ORDER READY. Indicates that the items that you have ordered have been prepared for PICK UP from the store.

You can cancel your order at anytime without cost -just email us the request. You will receive an ORDER CANCELLED email and full refund. If for some reason we are unable to supply part or all of your order we will email you to either fully or partially refund the order. For example, if you ordered ten of a particular item, but only eight were in stock. We would notify you when the eight are ready and provide a refund for the other two units.

You can view both email details and status of all current and past orders by logging in and choosing Previous Orders from your Personal Account Menu. All questions and communications about your order should be emailed to us. This helps us to answer your query more quickly.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Orders typically take 3-4 business days plus the time for in-transit shipping. For an example, say that you ordered at 7pm on Sunday. Your order will be processed the following day (Monday). It will then take 3-4 business days to be assembled and delivered to our store. You will receive an email on the evening your order is shipped (Wednesday/Thursday).


Reordering is a both quick and easy. Simply log in to your account information at Personal Account Menu, click on "View Previous Order", click on "Reorder" for the order of interest and your previous order will be duplicated in your shopping cart. You can either add or delete items from the cart. Check out using your existing shipping and billing address. You will have to re-enter your credit card or other payment method.(If you wish you can combine payment with reward points from previous purchases.
